We ship internationally!
We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders.* Plus, enjoy free shipping within Canada and the U.S. on orders over $222 CAD.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns Due to Address Errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Taxes & Duties
U.S. Customers
Orders under $800 USD typically arrive duty-free.
We’re monitoring proposed U.S. import tariffs from Canada. If changes occur, some orders may be subject to duties upon delivery. Should this happen, we’ll do our best to communicate any updates.
International Customers
Orders shipped outside North America may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing. If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, we cannot issue a refund.
Watch for notifications from your courier about any outstanding charges—they must be paid before delivery can be completed.
